Common questions

How do I start a weekend event?
From the home screen, choose Weekend Mode, set up your roster and format, then share the event code with your group so everyone can join on their own phone.

A score looks wrong on the leaderboard — what do I do?
Scores can be corrected from the live scoring screen at any time during a round. If something still looks off after the round has finished, email us with the event code and we'll take a look.

Can I use DUEL for a single round, not a full weekend?
Yes — Quick Game is built for exactly that. No setup beyond adding players and picking a format.

Does DUEL handle real money?
No. Prize pot tracking works out who owes who based on the scores — nothing is charged or transferred through the app.
